King's Crown Gallery (Item POSTER 1-1) |
DESCRIPTION: The following is a very rare set of prints on heavy parchment-type paper embossed at their edges and treated for longevity after framing. The prints are 25 x 18 ½ inches in size. Each was a limited edition of 500 and is "long gone." They were published by King's Crown Gallery over 12 years ago and have long since sold out. They were 80 percent sold out in 1989. (We obtained some of these prints sometime back and are now offering them at this point in time.) Now "the Kicker! Each of the prints of the heroes of the war depicted here is hand signed by Luftwaffe, SS, army, or navy notables that are shown. Most are Knight's Cross winners and are known to collectors and historians worldwide. We proudly present them here for your opportunity to purchase a real piece of Twentieth-Century history. Each picture is signed also by the artist (J.G. Keck; original signature). Some of these pictures are slightly smudged at the edges (they were stored away all these years). The company who published these actually went to each and every man that was still living to procure their individual signatures. These will never be offered again as most of these Heldenmanner, "Heroic Men," have long since passed into Walhalla. Each one is offered at $125.00 plus $5.00 shipping and handling. |
