Political Leader’s Belt Ensemble (Item NSD 8-1) |

| DESCRIPTION: Here is a fine Sam Brown-style grouping of belt, buckle, and shoulder strap for a political leader of the NSDAP. The particular person who owned this belt must have had something to do with the NS Agricultural Group since there is a stamp inside from this organization. There are “RZM” stamps into the leather, on the back of the buckle, here and there, and even on the pebbled snap retainers. The whole belt is in top condition, but one of the strap retainers is missing. The German collector whom we bought it from had replaced the back retainer with another, but it does not match. It is in black instead of brown (but it works!). We are not sure of the size of this belt. It is 44 inches long when laid out and this may represent size 40 or so. To find one of these at all is considered fortunate. The buckle is chipped a bit at the top, but not broken. The is certainly a necessary accouterment to a P.L. uniform.

Extremely Rare Presentation Volume of Mussolini’s Visit to Munich (Item NSDAP 8-2; I-FAS 1-14; PERS 2-7) |

| DESCRIPTION: This is the magnificent leather-bound book that was presented to very highly placed dignitaries on the occasion of the visit of the Italian Duce to Hitler, Germany and Der Hauptstadt Bewegung, Munich (The Head City of the Movement). The program that appears at the start of the book would make any good Germanophile wish he had a time-machine trip to the past to see these grandiose festivities; especially at 3:00 in the first afternoon of the visit as the formations of the NSDAP march by the Führer and Il Dulce: First, the Motorized Police, then, the Hitler Youth the NSKK (Motor Corps) the Old Fighters of November 9, 1923 the HJ NS School personnel the Standards of the Movement the elite SA group Feldherrenhalle the NSKK, again the NSFK Glider Corps the SS Group South the Junkers of the Ordensburg Vogelsang the political leaders the SS Death’s Head Division the SS Standard Germania the SS Standard Deutschland the SS Standard Adolf Hitler The elite of the elite March by last as always to the magnificent sound of the Badenweiller Marsch. What a parade!. The book has about 50 doubled pages of parchment-style paper and about 22 pages of spectacular pictures of Bavarian scenery and then about 15 glossy pages depicting photos of the Munich area including pictures of NS buildings and Bewegung ceremonies dealing with November 9th commemorations and the eternal watch at the Königsplatz. Included importantly in the doubled parchment is important text dealing with this grand occasion and 21 great art prints in full color of Munich, decked out in gala decorations for this auspicious and important visit. The pomp, ceremony, and architectural décor put together for this historical event will never reach this zenith again in all probability. The color prints measures from 5 x 3 ½ inches to 5 x 4 ¼ inches with a few other similar sizes. They were done in 1937 by an abstract artist (Buchnew). The use of gilt or gold paint is predominant and gives the scenes a royal-looking countenance. The title page letters stand out in high relief in this golden hue and are so raised they could be read in Braille. There is a signature of an English lady, who acquired the book in Schönberg in Tannis, while she was there in 1946-1951. Other than that the volume is in super-excellent shape with the elegant red, leather binding beautiful to behold with the great Hitler-style eagle on its cover. The book measures 7 ½ x 8 3/4 inches and nearly 1 inch thick. There is slight scuffing at corners; repeat , slight. This is a historic treasure seldom seen. PRICE:$1,200.00 |

| DESCRIPTION: This is a book dedicated to praising the heroes of German history all the way up to the advent of the Third Reich of Adolf Hitler. It comprises 522 pages, 257 pictures, and full-page portraits of the great men in sepia color and black-and-white studies. The struggles, the wars, the political strife; all that and more that made Germany great and unfortunately ended in its downfall are chronicled in a volume that is both dignified and informative. The sepia portraits were magnificently accomplished in the original charcoals by Hermann Kroger, famous Berlin artist of the 1920’ and 1930’s. They are very lifelike. Some were done by others; all are great! The volume is in almost perfect condition and measures 9 x 12 inches x 1 ¾ inches thick. This is a handsome volume of the German story and its affect on European history and the possible destiny of the west. Our “W” is not a Kämpfer for the western ideals.

| DESCRIPTION: 783 pages 1944 edition semi-deluxe with leather back binding. This is a special edition produced for presentation from the Oberburgermeister (mayor) to a wedded couple upon their nuptials. The dedication in the front of the book comes out: “To the young married couple with best wishes for a happy and prosperous marriage before the state (this refers to a state-sanctioned marriage), the Supreme Mayor.” The book was never presented so you can put the name of your bride and yourself in it and appoint a supreme mayor to sign it for you. The book is in generally good shape except it is a bit scuffed at the top of the leather binding and split there a little, but it still is quite sound. There is a small stain on the front cover. these are getting quite rare and sell in Germany for far more than we ask here.

The picture you get when looking through the special glasses (stereoscope) is utterly phenomenal, almost unbelievable. Here, before your eyes history is revealed not in the usual way portrayed even by the best of photography, but here you are, there!, almost in the literal sense. It is fantastic! Here are Adolf Hitler, Hermann Göring, the other Austrian and German officers, and political leaders. The SA, the SS, the various party functionaries, all come to life in the 3-D process. All that is needed is the music, and we can provide that, also. Be transformed to yesteryear in all the pageantry and history-making events of the German Reich that through these historically important events, was once more united, as it will be again. The whole story leading up to the Anschluss is depicted in pictures. There are 88 pages of text and illustrations in addition to the 3-D pictures. There is a foreword dedication by General Field Marshal and Prussian Minister-President Hermann Göring, as well. The pictures are by Heinrich Hoffmann, the official state photographer of the NSDAP. The book is in fine condition and the pictures are all there. The area of the book where the glasses are stored probably saw much use and the compartment is a bit scored and the glasses fit in , but at a different angle than originally. This is an extremely rare book and it is being sold very reasonably. Copies with the original pictures all intact are very seldom found. Here is a rare opportunity to own an archival treasure of vastly important history, while enjoying the added pleasure of your virtual presence through 3-D.

It has a dedication hand written by a captain in an infantry regiment to a company commander in appreciation of his service to the company, dated April 1944. This one also has color portraits of Adolf Hitler and Hermann Göring inside. These are prints of the paintings by Hugo Lehmann, one of the Reich’s leading artists. This is an extremely rare book and it is being sold very reasonably. Copies with the original pictures all intact are very seldom found. Bread Plate Carved in Wood (Item NSDAP 8-7; SS 19-7) |

| DESCRIPTION: This is a tradition going back hundreds of years in German lands. The bread plate has sacred beginnings and a hallowed tradition. Bread is the staff of life thus the serving of bread was part of many NSDAP and SS ceremonies. Here is a very special one for several reasons: One, it carved of oak der Heilig Baum (Holy tree of Germany); two, the edges are carved with (Eichenlaub) oak leaves sacred as was the oak tree and used for décor on most Germanic medals, daggers, etc.; three, the (Sonnenrad) sun symbol sacred to ancient Teutonic peoples is seen in the center. The sun is the symbol of light opposed to darkness; four, the carving was done in 1944, the year before the forces of light were defeated by the forces of darkness. But as the oak can never be destroyed as long as its acorns as seeds go into the ground then, like the Phoenix, it will grow again. The pendulum of the clock never stays to the left forever. The plate measures 14 inches in diameter. The carving is wonderful. It may be from the SS-Wiking Division because the symbol of the Sonnenrad was used by this elite division as its logo.
