NAZI STUDENT BADGE (Item YOUTH 1-1) |

| DESCRIPTION: This beautifully enameled badge is 1 1/2"
in diameter and is from the student games in Vienna, Austria in August of 1939 (the year of the start of
WWII). The Nazi eagle holds the elongated diamond of the student movement and it says "Student World Games." The maker on the back is
Rudolf Shanes in Vienna. This is very pretty badge.

Hochland Lager Hitler Youth Badge (Item YOUTH 1-4) |

| DESCRIPTION: This heavy brass pin with beautiful enameling is from the "Highlands Camp"
or the Hitler Youth Group high in the Alps. Note: The Hitler Youth insignia is
mounted on an Edelweiss, the traditional Bavarian mountain flower. Dated 1936, the pin on the back notes that this was made by A. Berger in
Garmish. It measures 1 1/2 x 1 3/4 inches. This is one of the most beautiful and
well-designed pieces of H.J. gear ever produced. Definitely NOT a "tinnie."

Hitler Youth Eagle in Silver (Item YOUTH 1-5) |

| DESCRIPTION: This is a eagle for the leadership officers of the Hitler Youth Organization. This is a highly detailed piece the may have served as a cap device, but also as a decorative pin for the coat or shirt. The detail is exemplary with high and low relief. It has the RZM M/47 stamping with a fine pin device for fastening. From wing tip to tip is about 2 inches and from head to tail about 1 ½ inches. The camera cannot quite pick up the elegant fineness and definition of this great piece.

Deutsche Jungvolk Pennants (Item YOUTH 1-6) |

| DESCRIPTION: This was the organization similar to the American Cub Scouts for boys preparatory to membership in the Hitler Youth proper. Membership in DJ was obligatory after 1936; however, compulsion was not enforced until 1941. The book by David Little John, The Hitler Youth, shows these Wimpel pennants on page 173 and identifies these particular ones as the Jugenschafts pennant and says the runic flash is standard to the obverse, but the reverse is of individual design and color. We have seen many such designs in books on the subject and they are the creations of the various units and are often quite artistic in their presentation. This one is with Siegfried's sword (Nothung) and the German oak leaf all accomplished in hand embroidery of the finest quality. Quite rare, this is a magnificent example of Hitler Youth history. It measures 29 inches long and 13 ½ inches at its widest point.

This pennant has the Teutonic helmet of Siegfried known as the magic Turnhelm, the runes, the sword (Nothung), and the serpent all excellently hand embroidered. This pennant has some damage as shown at the tip. It measures 28 1/2 inches long and 13 ½ inches at its widest point.

Youth Album (Item YOUTH 1-8) |

| DESCRIPTION: This is a cute little DJ (Deutscher Jugend) album. It is in practically mint condition and is 4 ¾ inches X 3 ½ inches and is about ½ inch thick. It is a real Kampfzeit piece for the German youth and patriotic public. One of those things you see but ONCE. There are no pictures. It's blank. From the mounting tabs on the first two or three pages it looks as if there were pictures at one time. Why so much $. Well, I like it!, and in some 40 years at this occupation I have never seen another.

Hitler Youth Armband (Item YOUTH 1-9) |

| DESCRIPTION: This is the standard armband of the Hitler Jugend. It is in cotton and measures 7 X 4 inches. The central diamond-shaped patch is separately sewn on. Nice condition and 100 percent original.
